ONS.in offers a simple and easy 10  days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 10 business days from the date of delivery.  Once your order is cancelled, the refund is processed after the furniture has been picked up from the delivery location. Please have a look in which conditions you can raise the refund request.

Damaged Items – In a case, the furniture  delivered to you is in a damaged condition then you can raise a request to change the item or raise a refund request.  If your items have some minor damage then apart from raising a cancellation request, you can request a carpenter to fix the damage and it is completely free. We will not charge any extra fees for you..

Defective items-In few circumstances, if you receive any defective product then it can be a manufacturing defect such as your product is not balanced and some joints have left opened or some parts are bigger than usual size then you can ask for return or exchange the product. If you are feeling any difference in the appearance or texture note this is not a defect, it can be a photography effect or resolution effect.

Different items – In the case, you got wrong items  delivered to you that  are different in dimension, shape or colour from the item image on our website then you can raise the refund and return request.

Missing items – If the product delivered to you is incomplete or not having complete  components then you can raise the refund and return request. Just click the picture while opening the package and send it to us

Items not eligible for Return 

If you are facing any installation Issues then we will not initiate the  return requests in that scenario.

When an item has been successfully delivered to you in perfect condition, and in the relocation, you have damaged the product then please note that we will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

How to Raise a Cancellation or Return Request?

Step 1- Login to your account first and Go to the My Orders section

Step 2- Click on the order you want the Cancel, click on the cancel button and proceed.

Step 3- If  you are not having an account with us please get in touch with our Customer Support to initiate a cancellation.

Step 4- After that you have to give the reasons for cancellation of the product and provide us with a few images of the product. Just click a few pictures of the items and send it to us.

Once you are done with these steps, we will evaluate the cancellation request and proceed with it.

Evaluation & Pick Up

Our customer service will receive the images and if your item is eligible for the return then we will raise the request.  If our team will consider your product for the return then they might send a technician to check the product.

After the evaluation report received by the technician, we will consider your product for the refund.

Return pick-up of product will be scheduled as per the available slots for our delivery executive.   

You have to keep all  the original packaging of the product, along with a user manual, warranty slip and any other other accessories for a successful pick-up.

When we schedule a return pick-up, these items will be picked up by the logistic partner from the same shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of the return pick-up request.

How many days does it usually take to get a refund?

Our refund policy is quite simple, we will refund the entire amount in the original mode of payment such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account.

If your product is eligible for the refund, we will refund the amount in this process.

  1. We will initiate the refunds & replacement process after the pick up of the cancelled items from the customers.
  2. When our seller  will receive the products back to the warehouse, your refund will be initiated within 2-3 days.
  3. We will initiate your refund via NEFT, cash or by the actual way of payment.
  4. ONS might deduct some processing charges.

 

NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.
